Just a two and a half hours drive from Sydney is Peppers Anchorage , a haven where time actually stands still. The Hotel and its idyllic surroundings are such that instantly you are transformed in to that seaside relaxed mood.



The hotel offers flexible accommodation options to suit every need. On our recent visit we stayed in the Anchorage room where the setting was flexible enough to accommodate our entire family in two interconnecting rooms. Having our young kids so close to us yet being able to have our own privacy was an ideal situation.



During most of our holiday, we lazed around the hotel indulging in sumptuous meals and just exploring the surroundings. The shayna day spa in Peppers, offer a variety of treatments for those wishing to relax, rejuvenate and rewind. For the more energetic, the hotel provides facilities to take a bike ride through Port Stephens so that you could enjoy its tranquil surroundings.



Our Port Stephens experience did not limit to the hotel and the marina but extended to exciting new experiences as well. Since we were in the city which lay claim to the title of ‘Dolphin Capital of Australia’ we did end up booking in to a tour that gave us the opportunity to watch groups of dolphins playing in their natural habitat. An experience never to be forgotten indeed. A Dolphin tour which is offered all year around or a whale watching tour which is seasonal is a must for anyone visiting Port Stephens.
